The role supervises Shift Security Supervisors and Security Agents, monitors site security conditions and compliance, coordinates incident-related activities, and provides operational information and recommendations to Security Management.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate security workforce schedules and coverage for CIMMYT Headquarters, managing shifts, leave, absences and shift changes to ensure adequate and continuous staffing.- Supervise the day-to-day activities of Shift Security Supervisors and, through them, Security Agents, ensuring appropriate work allocation, compliance with assigned duties and established procedures, and respectful and effective working relationships- Supervise the day-to-day activities of Shift Security Supervisors and, through them, Security Agents,
