Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute diverse daily operational tasks across the team's portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery and quality standardsServe as the first point of contact for internal stakeholder questions on existing contracts, escalating to attorneys when legal judgment is required, and identifying and resolving contract record issues to support deal closureTrack and manage contract workflows from intake to executionAssist with review, processing, and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SOWs, sponsorship agreements, NDAs, and order forms) in support of attorney-led workflows, utilizing established playbooks and standard formsProcess privacy requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end-to-end in accordance with established proceduresLocate, retrieve, and troubleshoot legal contract records in Salesforce CRMManually file and archive agreements executed outside of the standard e-signature process, ensuring accurate records and SOX complianceExecute work to consistently high quality standards — accuracy and attention to detail are non-negotiableIdentify process improvements or automation opportunities in your day-to-day work and partner with stakeholders to implementRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in a legal, operations, or professional services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate,
quality outputAbility to manage a high-volume workload across multiple work types and shifting prioritiesProfessional discretion with confidential and sensitive informationStrong organizational skills and excellent time managementAbility to perform well under pressure, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing business needsExcellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity, pattern recognition, and continuous learningAbility to navigate and function effectively through ambiguityCritical thinking and information literacy — able to locate and evaluate information, ask the right questions, navigate ambuiguity, and know when to elevate.Proficient in Salesforce (or demonstrated ability to become proficient quickly), Microsoft Office, and/or Google SuitePreferred QualificationsExperience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or legal process outsourcing organizationExperience with contract lifecycle management toolsFamiliarity with data privacy requests (DSARs) or other compliance frameworks and workflowsFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM or other enterprise business systemsExposure to process improvement methods or structured quality frameworksComfort with data, dashboards, or reporting tools — you like knowing whether the work is on trackExperience reviewing or supporting the review of commercial contractsThis is not a role for someone who wants to process the same tickets in the same way every day.
