This role leads end-to-end service delivery and process optimization for Pfizer's Integral Operations Services Centers across Latin American markets. The Subject Matter Expert ensures high-quality data services supporting commercial operations while driving standardization, automation, and service transitions.
Responsibilities
Drive process excellence initiatives including standardization, optimization, and automation across in-scope services
Serve as primary contact and single point of contact for GOSC, managing vendor performance and SLA compliance
Lead service transitions, onboarding, and geographical expansions with effective knowledge transfer
Monitor team and vendor performance, manage capacity and demand, and escalate operational or data-related issues




Coordinate with process subject matter experts to operationalize new transitions and market-specific requests
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years global operations service delivery experience
Deep operational background in shared service centers or GOSC environments
Expertise in CFCD, incentives, multichannel marketing, samples, or sales operations
Fluent English and Spanish with strong presentation and writing skills
Strategic mindset with proven ability to identify optimization opportunities and drive process standardization
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated high-quality service delivery track record
Stakeholder management capability across diverse geographies and cultures
