Responsibilities
Manage planning, execution, and close-out of clinical studies per protocol and ICH-GCP standards
Lead cross-functional teams coordinating start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and data cleaning activities
Serve as primary operational contact for sponsors with regular status updates and expectation management




Develop site engagement plans including country/site strategies, cadence, and escalation triggers
Track and drive completion of actions across teams ensuring accountability and timely execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
2-5 years clinical trial operations experience with site engagement exposure
Strong clinical study or project management background in CRO, pharma, or biotech
Solid understanding of GCP, clinical trial operations, and regulatory requirements
Proven cross-functional team coordination and multi-stakeholder management skills
Experience with general, multi-country trials and matrix environments
Advanced English proficiency
