Responsibilities
Develop and execute Mexico's mRNA vaccine strategic plan to maximize country access and revenue
Manage revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting, and profitability targets for mRNA franchise
Allocate and execute brand budgets aligned with local strategic pillars and market tactics
Lead cross-functional project teams and drive matrix management between integral, regional, and country teams




Design and launch marketing awareness campaigns and omnichannel strategies for vaccines and antivirals
Requirements
5-10 years marketing or related function experience with specialty products
Demonstrated vaccine experience or public access strategy in emerging markets/LATAM
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Strong English fluency, written and spoken
Strategic thinking and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Project leadership managing complex cross-functional teams
Data analysis and P&L; financial acumen
