ICON seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee clinical trial planning, execution, and completion across Latin American sites with US experience. The role involves budget management, team mentoring, study oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical trial budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Develop monitoring plans and oversight tools to ensure study integrity and quality
Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance and capability
Drive enrollment activities and lead study start-up execution within timelines
Review monitoring reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans
Requirements




Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at CRO or pharmaceutical organization
Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
At least 10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and develop teams
Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
Preferred: 2+ years monitoring experience
Preferred: Experience managing complex protocols (MASH/NASH, Radiopharmaceutical, or specialized therapeutic areas)
