Responsibilities
Design, build, test project databases and edit checks independently
Define, create, and test data listings and perform programming per project requirements
Train, mentor, and coordinate junior programmer activities across the team
Lead technical problem resolution and develop process improvements for efficiency
Contribute to reporting tools, standard applications,



and cross-departmental initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification
5+ years relevant clinical data management or programming experience
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, SpotFire, and JReview
Strong relational database management systems (RDBMS) knowledge and structure
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with strong communication skills
Knowledge of GCP guidelines and applicable standard operating procedures
Proficiency in one or more programming languages
