Pfizer seeks an analytics associate to support commercial reporting and strategy for the US Specialty Care division. The role involves developing KPI dashboards, analyzing market performance data, and partnering with marketing and sales teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and standard reports for specialty care therapeutic areas and brands
Analyze market performance data to identify strategic opportunities and execution gaps
Partner with marketing, sales, and analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and design reporting solutions
Support user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing maintenance of reporting platforms




Create ad-hoc reports and proactively identify solutions for unmet reporting needs across the organization
Requirements
STEM degree with quantitative focus (statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or similar)
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Experience with SQL, Python, R, or object-oriented programming languages
Knowledge of analytics, statistics, and database tools or platforms
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to frame business problems
Excellent communication and data visualization skills for diverse audiences
Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or data transformation tools
