ICON Strategic Solutions seeks an Advanced Analytical Monitor for a remote Mexico City position to perform analytical monitoring across mid to high-complexity clinical trials. The role involves data-driven risk identification at site and subject levels, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship of junior colleagues to support clinical trial integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Perform analytical monitoring activities to identify site and subject-level risks, trends, and data quality issues
Conduct regular data reviews across multiple systems to detect early warning signals and prevent issue recurrence
Collaborate with Site Managers and Central Monitoring to influence risk management and site prioritization
Ensure full compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP requirements, and regulatory standards throughout activities




Mentor junior Analytical Monitors and provide training to support team capability development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Data Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred
4+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry experience
Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and data flow within clinical research
Demonstrated data analysis experience in clinical research with statistical knowledge
Project, issue, and risk management experience with critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with clinical data collection, analysis, and reporting technology platforms
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
