The role involves engaging healthcare stakeholders to communicate clinical and scientific data, supporting the company's General Medicines portfolio while maintaining compliance and building long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities
Educate healthcare customers on clinical and scientific data aligned with Amgen's objectives
Communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, and key partners
Respond to unsolicited inquiries in compliance with MSL standards
Develop and implement scientific engagement plans and local operational plans
Support speaker training, congress activities, and non-sponsored clinical research liaisons
Requirements
Doctorate degree plus 2 years pharma/biotech scientific affairs experience, or Master's plus 3 years, or Bachelor's plus 5 years
Fluent English and Spanish, verbal and written
Clinical competence and expertise in relevant therapeutic areas
Cross-functional teamwork and relationship-building capabilities
Effective scientific communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare industry and business strategy
