MISSION:
The CPFR role is responsible for defining and executing actions that strengthen customer relationships, enabling end-to-end visibility, alignment, and forecast reliability across organizations. The CPFR ensures forecast accuracy, system integrity, and customer alignment, delivering actionable insights that support agile, data-driven business decisions.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Drive CPFR with Key Customers: Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) processes with strategic retail partners to improve alignment, service levels, and inventory efficiency.
Analyze sales trends and stock levels for the different skus-store combinations, aiming to influence and assess the customer's supply system, focused on achieving the correct stock levels to guarantee the maximum sell out possible.
Adjust customers replenishment system parameters in order to guarantee the correct stock level in their distribution centers and stores. Mainly done through the administration of customers sales forecast, safety stock minimums, shelf display minimums, among others variables (commercial plans, visibility, strategic planning)




Develop collaborative relationships with the customer's supply team through periodic monitoring of scorecards, execution of supply plans, etc.
Develop follow-up scorecards of the main customer supply variables (Instock, DOH, fill rate, forecast accuracy, sell out). Analyze opportunities and develop improvement plans.
Generate and develop collaborative projects with the customer in order to improve logistic processes according to the customer ́s and GSEB ́s operational specifics in order to generate cost efficiencies.
Attend meetings with Customers purchasers in company of the Key Account Manager to provide supply and logistics perspectives to improve sell out and identify commercial opportunities.
Actively participate in the multifunctional team meetings contributing with the supply and logistics perspective.
Look for efficiencies to improve existing processes to generate logistic cost savings (full trailer, full pallet / layer, backhaul, etc.)
