Responsibilities
Lead four-person sales team to achieve regional orthopedics sales targets
Develop and execute regional commercial strategies for revenue growth and market expansion
Manage key customer, distributor, and healthcare institution relationships
Drive direct and indirect sales execution, pricing, and territory strategies
Monitor sales forecasts and pipeline progression to achieve business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or similar industry
Minimum 2 years leading commercial or sales teams
Experience managing distributor networks and direct sales channels
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
Availability to travel 40% within Southern Mexico region
Orthopedics or surgical medical device market experience (preferred)
