Pfizer seeks a Manager for Integrated Insights & Strategy to support the US Specialty Care Commercial Division through data analysis, KPI dashboard development, and strategic reporting. Based in Mexico City with US-based team direction, the role bridges analytics and commercial strategy in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and standard reports for specialty therapeutic areas in partnership with marketing and sales leaders
Analyze market performance data to identify opportunities and gaps in commercial strategy execution
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions tailored to therapeutic area needs
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure user acceptance, and maintain documentation
Create ad-hoc reports and proactively identify solutions to unmet analytics needs across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM field with quantitative focus plus 4+ years analytics experience
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar object-oriented programming languages
Experience with business intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and data transformation
Fluent in English; excellent communication and data visualization skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
Preferred: Healthcare/pharma industry background and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
