Oversee scientific operations workstreams to meet quality and timeline deliverables
Lead and mentor site engagement professionals through study initiation, conduct, and closeout phases
Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to align site strategies
Identify and resolve site concerns to enhance performance and trial success
Drive initiatives to improve site satisfaction, retention,



and operational efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management, or related field
Significant experience in site engagement or clinical operations management
Proven track record managing site relationships in clinical trial settings
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Project management expertise with ability to prioritize competing demands
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice standards
