Dotmatics seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead user experience initiatives across its scientific software platform used by millions of researchers. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces for complex scientific workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
Responsibilities
Drive user experience across key product areas from concept through delivery
Translate complex scientific workflows into clear, scalable interfaces
Create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers on problem-solving
Evolve and maintain the design system across the platform
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/product designer with a strong portfolio
Expertise translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers and researchers
Knowledge of scientific or enterprise software design preferred
Ability to leverage AI tools in design workflows
