Responsibilities
Attend scheduled surgical procedures and arrive 60 minutes prior to start time
Assist surgeons during joint replacement, revision, removal, and spine procedures
Prepare and count surgical materials, document usage and findings
Clean instruments post-surgery and ensure proper sterilization procedures
Track material inventory and expenses, verify correct billing documentation
Requirements
Technical degree or certification in healthcare field
One year of experience instrumenting surgical procedures
Knowledge of joint replacement and trauma surgeries
Spanish language proficiency
Professional appearance and customer service orientation
Strong communication and organizational skills
