As the Billing & Cash Applications Team Lead, you will lead a team of professionals supporting critical Order-to-Cash processes across the NORAM region. You will combine people leadership with operational expertise, ensuring accurate billing, cash application activities, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role works closely with Finance, Collections, Sales Operations, Customer Success,



and business leaders to deliver an exceptional customer and business experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Billing and Cash Applications professionals based in Mexico.
Oversee billing, cash application, credit/rebill, and related Order-to-Cash activities.
Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
