Responsibilities
Coordinate bid management guidance to business and administrative units across the organization
Prepare and manage technical specifications and pricing for each tender proposal
Research, identify, and coordinate government solicitations and resulting contracts
Ensure compliance with local policies and applicable legislation throughout bid processes
Facilitate authorization and approval workflows for pricing levels and contract terms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, business administration, accounting, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience with government procurement in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
Knowledge of Mexican acquisition laws, regulations, and government sales requirements
Intermediate English proficiency preferred
Experience with government procurement portals desirable
