We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a integral technology company s 3D Printing business.
The business offers 3D printing as a service : customers have the printers on site and pay based on usage.
You will manage B2B customers after the contract is signed and make sure they get value from the service, stay and grow.
Responsibilities: Lead customer onboarding after contract signature.
Be the main point of contact for customers: questions, issues and escalations.
Manage difficult conversations with unhappy customers and turn them around.
Coordinate with internal teams (subscriptions, technical support, billing, sales operations) to solve issues.
Drive renewals,



retention and account growth.
Track customer health and report on your portfolio.
Conditions Permanent contract 100% remote work from anywhere in Mexico or Colombia Salary aligned with experience and the market, ranging from 25,000 to 32,000 MXN gross/month.
Flexible working hours.
Requirements: Requirements Excellent English (C1 ), spoken and written.
This is a must: daily work with international teams and customers (an English proficiency test will be conducted during the selection process) .
2 years in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B post-sales roles.
Proven experience handling demanding or dissatisfied customers.
Strong organization and ownership of a customer portfolio.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or similar).
Nice to have Experience with subscription, SaaS or pay-per-use models.
Background in technology, printing or industrial equipment.
Portuguese.
