Profile Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
Professional experience in surface treatment or chemical solution analysis.
Experience in quality within surface treatment processes.
Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of AS**** and/or NADCAP.
Experience in a chemical laboratory and process control.
Experience with nonconformities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Ability to lead inspection teams and train technical personnel.
Key Responsibilities Lead the operation and quality management of the chemical laboratory.
Ensure compliance with AS****, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
Develop procedures and documentation, and train personnel.
Lead the management of nonconformities in the surface treatment process.
Coordinate the inspection team.
Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
