THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a proven new-logo hunter who knows how to open doors, build executive relationships, and close complex enterprise deals.




This is a highly visible individual-contributor "hunter" role for someone who can create qualified pipeline from the ground up and lead opportunities from first engagement through signed contract.
This is not an account-management role.
You will originate opportunities, build your own pipeline, and carry your own pursuits.
THE ROLE The Vice President / Senior Vice President of Business Development is responsible for originating, developing, and closing new-logo Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Customer Experience (CX), and technology-enabled transformation opportunities with national and international companies.
Candidates may be considered at either the Vice President or Senior Vice President level based on relevant experience, demonstrated new-logo sales performance, depth of executive relationships, and the size and complexity of enterprise opportunities successfully closed.
Final title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated results.
