Harbour Energy in Mexico City is seeking a specialist to lead the technical analysis and documentation of foreign payments and intercompany transactions for the Mexico business unit.
You will evaluate withholding taxes, treaty entitlements and anti-abuse considerations to ensure compliant cross-border payments.
