This role provides thought leadership and planning rigor across the organization, managing operational cadences, unlocking field productivity through data insights and scalable mechanisms, enabling informed decision-making, and accelerating speed of execution.Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations for Latin America, this role empowers sales leaders to anticipate market shifts, act on data with confidence, and deliver predictable, measurable results.This is a high-visibility position that demands both analytical depth and strategic acumen, with direct influence on the growth trajectory of AWS across Latin America.Key job responsibilitiesServe as the strategic thought partner to LATAM Sales Leaders: providing data-backed strategies, identifying risks early, and helping the leader look around corners. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities, deliver business insights and develop scalable mechanisms to address them and drive action.Lead planning activities, territory planning, account segmentation, target-setting processes and narrative development.Drive operational efficiency through Gen AI and automation tools (report simplification, process improvement).Drive pipeline inspection, forecasting, reporting, business tracking and processes management, ensuring rigor, accountability,
