Sonoco Toluca plant in Mexico seeks an HR Generalist/Plant Leader to supervise employee relations, compliance, and talent development for the site.
You will collaborate with plant leadership and COEs to coach performance, design progression plans, and advise on company policies and procedures.
The role partners with union and non-union teams to support training, recruitment, onboarding, and policy adherence, fostering a positive work environment and engagement across the workforce.
