Fidelity Freight Inc is a growing US transportation company operating Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans, and Box Trucks across the United States. We are expanding our team in Monterrey and are looking for Dispatchers who strive for results.

About the role

You will work directly with US clients (freight brokers) and company drivers, selling our transportation services and negotiating rates for each shipment. Your goal is to close the best deals and keep our fleet busy and profitable.

No logistics experience? No problem. If you can sell and speak English, we will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and send emails to US clients to offer our transportation services
- Negotiate prices
- Maintain consistent communication with freight brokers and drivers on daily basis
- Coordinate with drivers and follow up on shipments until delivery
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maintain consistent business
- Find new business opportunities using industry platforms (load boards)

Requirements

- Bilingual: fluent English is required (you will speak with US clients all day)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills




- Results-oriented, competitive, and comfortable with targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
- Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or dispatch is a plus, but not required

- MX$17,000 – MX$50,000 per month, commission-based, with no ceiling for top performers

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monterrey time)
Work format: Hybrid remote, Monterrey, N.L. Once our San Pedro Garza García office opens, in-office presence will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Pay: $17,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
