As a Commercial Enablement & Learning Specialist, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering our commercial operations through innovative learning programs and process optimization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital adoption, improve daily productivity,



and directly impact our team's operational excellence and customer journey success.
The Opportunity:

• You co-facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous training workshops to shorten the ramp-up time and time-to-productivity for new commercial team members.
• You support the creation, curation, and maintenance of modern training materials, interactive e-learning modules, and commercial playbooks aligned with business priorities.
• You track learning program implementation, gather participant feedback, and evaluate key enablement metrics tied to commercial performance.
• You administer internal Learning Management Systems and interactive workshop tools to maximize resource utilization and digital engagement.
• You collaborate with Commercial Leads and Squads to identify operational skill gaps and translate business needs into practical training agendas.
• You facilitate customer journey mapping sessions
