The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Mexico to support Solera's growth across LATAM/US and CAN. This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across Technical, Sales, and Corporate functions.

The successful candidate will bring deep full-cycle recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills,



a data-driven mindset, and a strong ability to leverage AI-powered tools to drive recruiting efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes. This individual will help elevate Talent Acquisition from a transactional function to a strategic business partner.

What You'll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical, Sales, and Corporate roles across LATAM, US and CAN
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define hiring strategies, success profiles, interview processes, and market positioning.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competitiveness.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, candidate assessment, interview preparation, talent mapping, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
