As the Offer Category Managerment Services, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and market positioning of Schneider Electric's Services portfolio. You will act as the business owner for your offer categories, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, customer needs, marketing activities, and operational execution.

What will you do?
• Define and manage the services portfolio strategy, including product positioning, offer definition, annual pricing updates, and value proposition development.
• Apply and deploy the Marketing 4Ps strategy:• Product: Define and evolve service offerings, value propositions, pricing structures, and annual offer updates.
• Place: Define target customers, routes to market, sales channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Promotion: Work closely with Marketing to drive campaigns, webinars, social media activities, customer events, and product launches.
• Price: Manage pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness while protecting business profitability.

• Act as the guardian of business profitability,



closely monitoring revenue, margins, growth opportunities, and overall offer performance.
• Lead offer launch activities, business cases, and go-to-market execution plans.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities, generate demand, and execute growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver business results.
• Serve as the key integrator between Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
• Increase external customer engagement through regular field activities, including customer visits, executive presentations, industry events, and virtual meetings.
