ResortCom International is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Agent for hotel reservations in Guadalajara.
You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist guests with bookings and provide exceptional service using our Call Quality model.The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
Expect a 40-hour week with a base salary plus commissions and benefits in a fast-paced environment.
