KEDOO is an international media company distributing and promoting digital video content worldwide. We are looking for a Content Manager to join our KEDOO KIDS team and manage English-language YouTube channels featuring animation and kids’ entertainment content.

What you’ll do

- Manage and publish content across YouTube channels according to the content schedule.
- Write and optimize video titles, descriptions, playlists, tags and other metadata for SEO.
- Monitor channel and video performance using key metrics such as Views, Watch Time, Retention, CTR and Impressions.
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements to increase audience engagement and channel growth.
- Develop and test new content and optimization strategies.
- Manage monetization operations in line with the team’s guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers on thumbnails and channel visuals.
- Regularly review and update existing video and channel metadata.
- Coordinate cross-promotions and content distribution across social platforms.
- Track experiments, analyze results and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Work closely with the team and designers to ensure smooth content operations.

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing professional or brand YouTube channels; experience with large channels (500K+ subscribers) is preferred.
- Professional-level English.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, including advanced upload settings and channel management.




- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and metadata optimization.
- Experience with keyword research and writing high-performing titles, descriptions and tags.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with YouTube performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of content and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Practical skills with graphic design tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine interest in online video content.

Nice to have

- Experience working with kids’ content, animation or global IPs.
- Understanding of the requirements and restrictions related to “Made for Kids” content.
- YouTube Certification in Content Management.
- Experience creating analytical reports and presentations.
- Experience integrating AI tools into your workflow.
- Video editing skills.
