Role Overview:Join Job Duck as an Overnight Intake Supervisor and lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client support during overnight operations. In this role, you will balance hands on intake responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring that potential clients receive timely assistance and that internal processes are completed with accuracy and professionalism. You will serve as both a working supervisor and a reliable resource for your team, stepping in when coverage is needed while monitoring performance and maintaining quality standards. Your ability to stay organized, lead by example, and provide operational support will have a direct impact on team success and client satisfaction.This opportunity is adecuado for a proactive professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys developing efficient, high performing teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Serving as backup coverage when team members are unavailable
- Performing quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Preparing operational, productivity, and performance reports
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Requesting, tracking, and following up on medical records
- Receiving, reviewing, and organizing client documentation
- Supporting case progression through accurate recordkeeping and case file management




- Monitoring individual and team performance against established goals and benchmarks
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across company systems
- Collaborating with team members to support operational efficiency and service quality

What We're Looking For:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting client intake and case management processes
- Proficiency in KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and operational reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Knowledge of medical records requests, tracking, and follow-up procedures
- Professional, client-focused communication and relationship management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to accuracy, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
