On-site only: Torre Cuarzo, Reforma, CDMX

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Advanced English – verbal and written
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 6+ months of collections experience
- Good computer skills
- Ability to commute to the site within 70 min or less

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES





- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Discuss account situations and offer appropriate payment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide professional, empathetic, and exceptional customer service
- Meet established performance and quality standards
