We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with experience in technical support to provide assistance to internal users, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, applications, and technological services. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incidents, installing and configuring hardware and software, as well as ensuring the continuity of IT services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed or at least 50% completed (preferably in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop technical support.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
- Basic command-line knowledge (CMD/DOS) for troubleshooting and script creation.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and browser configuration (Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer).

Main Activities

- Attend to and resolve technical support incidents within established service levels.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, software, and peripherals.
- Configure workstations for new hires and equipment replacements.
- Diagnose issues related to hardware, software, Active Directory, and network connectivity.




- Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
- Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment.
- Support the installation of operating system and antivirus updates.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Create simple scripts to automate tasks and optimize processes.
- Follow up on IT security controls and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide customer-focused service and effective communication with technical and non-technical users.
- Availability to respond to emergencies when required by operations.
