What will you do?

- Monitor end-to-end inbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and products.
- Managed inbound order visibility through TMS, SAP, and reporting dashboards.
- Track inbound shipments and deliveries, identifying delays, exceptions, and potential supply chain disruptions.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, inventory variances, and receiving exceptions, providing corrective action.
- Review and analyze inbound performance metrics, service levels, and operational KPIs.
- Communicate shipment status updates and escalation risks to relevant teams and leadership.

- Inbound process — intermediate level; ensure inbound orders are processed in compliance with company policies and operational procedures, knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation operations
- Logistics Operations — intermediate level; track inbound shipments and deliveries

- Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations
