Description:

Are you a high-performing sales professional with real estate experience and a knack for building relationships? We’re seeking a Remote Real Estate Disposition Associate to help us move deals quickly, manage active transactions, and build our buyer network nationwide.

In this role, you’ll:

- Market off-market properties to cash buyers across the U.S.
- Grow our investor buyer list through outreach and relationship-building
- Manage 15+ contracts/escrows at any given time
- Analyze comps to underwrite properties accurately and quickly
- Handle contract negotiations and coordinate transactions from start to close
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, and team members to ensure smooth closings





We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience in real estate wholesaling, investing, or dispositions
- Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Can negotiate like a pro and build rapport quickly
- Understands the investor mindset and real estate numbers (ARV, comps, etc.)
- Is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
