Position: Customer Service Representative / Customer Care
Work Arrangement: On-site only

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
- Complete extensive customer verification processes
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools
- Provide professional and high-quality customer service

Requirements

- Advanced English level, both verbal and written
- At least 1 year of bilingual call center experience




- Strong computer and system navigation skills
- English-only resume required
