Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.




- Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, GBS) to deliver seamless, scalable, and business-aligned HR programs.
- Drive workforce planning and talent strategies, including talent planning, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Leverage HR analytics and key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, performance outcomes) to generate insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, minimizing risk and maintaining organization
