You will certify analyst training, monitor KPIs and SOX controls, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with CoEs, HR Integration, and HR Technology Enablement across regions.
The role includes identifying automation opportunities, supporting audits, and serving as a subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes within the Case Management framework.
