The RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead and take full ownership of ourSchool, Kids & Amateur Program. Reporting directly to ownership, the Director will be responsible for the technical and cultural structure of training for riders ranging from age 5 to adult amateurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Design:Architect and implement progressive rider development pathways with a focus on flatwork, balance, rhythm, and "feel."




- Operational Oversight:Full management of the school horse roster and the amateur training curriculum.
- Competition Management:Prepare and coach riders for local, national, and international (FEI) competition.
- Welfare & Safety:Enforce the highest integral standards of horse welfare and rider safety.
- Leadership:Act as a cultural and moral compass for riders and families, maintaining professional and transparent communication.
- Synergy:Collaborate closely with the stable manager, grooms, veterinarians, and farriers.

Candidate Profile
- Proven Track Record:A strong competitive background in Show Jumping (ideally at FEI CSI3* level; 1.45m).
- Pedagogical Expertise:Experience training children and amateur riders with a patient, structured, and classical approach.
- Horsemanship:Deep commitment to ethical training methods and the physical/mental well-being of the horse.
- Communication:Fluency
