Flex is seeking a Director, Global Account Management in Guadalajara, North, to lead account strategies, drive P&L; performance, and maintain strategic customer relationships. You will coordinate across sites to deliver value, optimize pricing and delivery, and manage complex negotiations with high-level clients.
You will report to the VP, Integral Account Management and own end-to-end account growth, COP improvements, and risk tracking, while mentoring teams and aligning with Flex goals.
