About UsWe are two U.S.-based real estate brands focused on helping homeowners understand and navigate situations such as foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, probate, and property sales. We are looking for someone to help us build our digital presence and inbound marketing strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and eventually YouTube.
• Develop buyer personas and customer journeys based on our vigente target audiences.
• Create educational content in both Spanish and English, with an SEO-focused approach.
• Coordinate content efforts with our CRM and lead-generation workflows.
• Track key metrics related to reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Support the creation of lead magnets, marketing campaigns, and conversion-focused materials.

Requirements• Proven experience in inbound marketing and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry — required or highly preferred.




• Experience managing social media and content creation tools, with a basic understanding of SEO preferred.
• Native or advanced Spanish and advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment.
• Availability and interest in growing into a full-time role as the project develops.

Nice to Have (Not Required)• Experience working with CRMs.
• Experience with video production or AI-powered content creation tools.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, probate, or legal processes related to real estate in the U.S.
