We are looking for a Lead Python Developer with AWS expertise to spearhead Treasury technology initiatives. In this role, you will lead backend engineering efforts, define scalable microservices architectures, and drive the integration of diverse data sources into unified data models. You will collaborate with integral teams, lead and mentor engineers across seniority levels, own architectural decisions, and shape the technical direction of high-stakes financial applications.

• Define and own the design and implementation of microservices architectures, API gateways, and inter-service communication
