As a Sr. Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you will turn data into meaningful business recommendations that support the North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, and General Business Services to identify trends, solve operational challenges, and improve service effectiveness.

In this role located in Querétaro, you will manage recurring and ad hoc reporting, validate data integrity, troubleshoot reporting issues, and support analytics and automation projects using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You’ll also help translate business needs into practical analytics solutions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Delivery organization.

• Reporting and Data Analysis — Develop, maintain,



and validate recurring and ad hoc reports that transform operational data into actionable insights for the North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams.
• Business Intelligence and Automation — Build and enhance analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve reporting capabilities and ways of working.
• Performance Insights and Problem Solving — Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and root causes, troubleshoot reporting and data-quality issues, and recommend solutions that improve service, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, Transportation, and external service providers to understand business needs and resolve Order-to-Delivery challenges.
