HR Operations Specialist

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Support recruitment and selection processes for operational / blue-collar positions.
• Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment follow-up.
• Support the administration and tracking of candidate and employee files.




• Follow up on open positions according to business and staffing needs.
• Participate in talent attraction activities and recruitment events.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist with recruitment-related reports, metrics, and follow-up activities.
• Gain knowledge of benefits, compensation schemes, and employment conditions for operational employees.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Active student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1 year or less remaining before graduation.
• Intermediate English.
• Interest in developing a career in Human Resources / Recruitment.
• Proactive, organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
