We're looking for a Creative Lead for a mission-driven food company who will take business objectives, product benefits, customer problems, offers, and brand stories and turn them into compelling creative.

You will work across both organic and paid channels. Organic content should educate, build trust, tell stories, and create community. Paid creative needs to capture attention, communicate a clear problem or benefit, and drive action. You need to understand the difference—and know how to create effectively for both.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and refine headlines, hooks, ad copy, product messaging,



calls to action, and campaign concepts
- Create strong visual assets that combine copy, typography, imagery, product photography, and design
- Develop creative for paid social advertising, including static and video concepts
- Create organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
- Turn topics such as fiber and gut health into simple, compelling consumer education
- Support website and ecommerce creative, including homepage messaging, product pages, landing pages, and promotions
- Support email campaigns, product launches, founder communications, and customer education
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Develop templates and creative systems that allow the team to produce more high-quality content efficiently
