This is a strategic role where you'll use your deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking as the business owner for AR Resolution AI solutions. Travel within the US and to Mexico City to guide the near-shore team is required.ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of AR Resolution, you will focus on resolving complex billing issues, managing high-level client or payer negotiations, and refining cross-departmental operations to ensure accounts are settled efficiently.
