Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and execute logistics strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and customer requirements.
- 2. Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
- 3. Monitor logistics KPIs, including transportation cost, delivery performance, and logistics productivity.
- 4. Lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
- 5. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- 6. Develop annual logistics budgets and monitor spending against targets.
- 7. Lead, coach, and develop logistics personnel to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- 8.Support digital transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimization of logistics systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing,



or supply chain management. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external logistics providers. Strong knowledge of transportation networks, Customs Agents and import/export operations. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
