Paystand is hiring a Payments Lead to own, harden, and scale the payments operation for Yaydoo, our flagship product in Mexico. This isn’t a “maintenance” role—we are looking for an AI-native operator who can transform a launched capability into a repeatable, scalable, and high-growth business engine.

You will act as the operational architect for our payments platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance to increase organizational leverage.
