You'll work directly with clients, lead digital marketers and contractors as the team grows, and partner across the business to train the company's AI agents the same way you'd coach a teammate.If you're a hands-on digital marketing leader who writes the SOP, runs the meeting, and ships on the promised date, this role is for you.// ABOUT THE CLIENT## Who you'll work with.Stealth Tech CoThey are an AI growth marketing company for restaurants and multi-location brands. Its a new startup that is trying to operate in stealth mode.// WHAT YOU'LL DO## Responsibilities.* Own client delivery so every deliverable ships on time, reviewed, and defensible,



acting as the single point of contact for each account.* Run the weekly client rhythm of status updates, reporting, and follow-through.* Direct marketing execution across paid search, DoorDash and Uber Eats, local SEO, listings and maps, reviews, email, and social.* Design and maintain the quality check process for all marketing work across channels.* Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), shipping your first ten within 90 days, tested against live client work.* Run the project board so every task across all client work has an owner and a due date.* Set the QA gates that work must pass before it reaches clients.* Take over active client accounts and run every account end to end by day 60.* Build and manage a team of digital marketers and cross-functional contractors as the company grows.* Work across the business every day to develop and improve the company's AI agents, training them the same way you train team members.// QUALIFICATIONS## What we're looking for.* 6+ years of experience in digital marketing.* Depth in at least two of: paid search, third-party delivery (3PD) marketplace marketing, local SEO and listings, or email and CRM.* 2+ years managing digital marketers, in-house or at an agency.* Client-facing experience owning accounts, leading meetings,



and delivering bad news well.* Proven operations track record: SOPs you wrote that still run without you, and projects you shipped on the promised date.* Business fluency in written and spoken English, since most client work ships in writing.* Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your work.// NICE TO HAVE## Extra credit.* Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex.* Agency experience.* Experience marketing restaurants or multi-location brands.* Experience building a team from zero.// WHO YOU ARE## The person who does well here.You take ownership, and you'd rather be the one person clients count on than hand work off and hope it lands.
