What You Will Do:

- Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
- The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings,monitorsand coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement toaccomplishthe policy deployment objectives.
- Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safetycomplianceand customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
- Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results anddeterminesimprovements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
- Leader will be full supportive about company values, employeephilosophiesand Lean manufacturing.
- Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
- 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- English 60%-Ability to speak, read and write in English
